Tracking, Motivation, Inspiration

The aim of this blog is to track my own progress utilizing a method geared towards self-improvement. My hope is that it will motivate me inspire others. For one year I will attempt various challenges, each paced at 21 days. The first challenge will be simple. No refined sugar in my diet for 21 days. Full disclosure, I've done this challenge before. I know the ups and downs already. Having experienced the gains for eliminating refined sugar from my diet I am already motivated to get back into it. The best was having better breath and zero plaque build up, not too mention better energy levels and less weight fluctuations. It was just over a year ago I attempted that challenge yet I slipped back to my sugary ways a few months after the challenge finished. This is a work in progress. I'm testing the waters to see if this is even realistic. I've done the math. You can fit 17 goals in a year if you tackle them in 21 day chunks. Skill development, habit building, this will b...
